PIN: A security update was implemented on January 26, 2012 which affects your PIN. If this is your first visit to the Benefit Center website, your temporary PIN is the Month and Day of your Date of Birth plus the last four digits of your Social Security Number. (For example, if your birthday is February 9 and your Social Security Number is 123-45-6789 your temporary PIN is 02096789). Upon login, you will be forced to change your PIN following the directions on the password change screen. If you established a PIN prior to the system update on January 26, 2012, you will be forced to change your existing PIN to one that meets the new security requirements after logging into the system. You will need to retain your prior PIN as you will be required to use it when you call the L3 Benefit Center.
